Here is what I have created for you

.

For my card today, I created this lovely simple white card with the beautiful blue magnolias. I colored them in shades of blues to blend perfectly with the Dress Blues Sequins.

This set is extra special to me I created this set in honor of my son. He is a Senior Airman in the United States Air Force.  Nothing makes me prouder than to see him in his Dress Blues.  I just love the dark blue, light blue and black satin sequins in this mix.

We will be giving away a prize package to one lucky winner.

All you have to do is join us for hop and leave a comment on each project. The more you comment the more chances you have to win!! Winner will be announced on Monday.

We hope you have enjoyed this release and will hop along to see what our talented designers have made using the sequins from our first release.

Your next stop is the lovely and talented: Jessica

  1. I was wondering if there was a military connection to the name of this pack. ;) I have two active duty daughters serving in the Navy and one daughter who is a Navy Veteran. I thank him for his service. I truly understand the pride you feel, as I feel the same about my girls! :) Your card is absolutely beautiful!

    1. Yes, there was. I knew when I started creating that I would do a sequins mix to honor him and our other hero's. If you would like to see oaks for the other branches leave me a comment. It would be my honor! Thank your beautiful daughters for their service for me.

  11. It's a beautiful card made more lovely by the sentiment behind it. My son is only 15 but has aspirations of joining the NZ Navy something which brings me mixed emotions one of which is great pride. May all our children be safe.

One Layered Card - Featuring Kennedy Grace Creations: Time To Blossom

Hey folks! I'm back to share a card from the Kennedy Grace Creations New Release! The stamp set I used today is the Time To Blossom Stamp Set . I really enjoyed the simplicity of this set. You could totally heat emboss this and do some fabulous watercoloring, but Copic's seems to be the way to go for me lately so that's what I did. I started by stamping the image twice on my card panel. The only masking I did was a tiny bit on the stem. The name of the game was to keep this super simple folks. As I said, I colored the images with Copic's. Another thing I enjoy about the Time To Blossom Stamp Set is that you could choose any colors you wanted. I chose red-violets and yellow-greens, but seriously peeps, whatever floats your boat and it will looks great! To finish off my card, I used a added a couple of hand drawn lines to the background and I stamped a portion of a stamp that is also in the Time To Blossom Stamp Set . That's it! Easy peasy. T
