Some bunny Loves You

Today's card is a cute Some bunny Loves You card. Using a water colored image from Mama Elephant's Honey Bunny Stamp Set  .        To create this card I stamped the hugging bunnies on a piece of Canson watercolor paper with Hero Arts white embossing powder and heated it with my heat tool , I colored the image with Tombow Watercolor Markers and Wink of Stella glitter pen to move the color around.    I stamped the Some bunny loves you greeting from this same set using Recollections Champaign embossing powder .    I die cut the water color piece with Small Stitched Rectangle die and cut a piece of Doodlebug 6 x 6 Hello Sunshine paper using the Large Stitched Rectangle die layering the water color piece on top of the pattern paper adhering the water color piece with foam adhesive and adhered the rectangle to my card base using my ATG gun.  Then added a sprinkling of Doodlebug enamel dots .    Love and...

Watercolor Winter Blooms

Today I have a watercolor Thank you card for a friend!     To create my card, I die cut watercolor paper using a stitched rectangle die .   I stamped the flowers from Winter Blooms Stamp Set  using Versa Mark Ink and White embossing powder and heated it with my Milwaukee heat tool.   I used Tombow Watercolor markers ( the individual marker colors are linked below in supplies ), but instead of water I used a Wink of Stella  pen to paint the stamped and embossed image. The sentiments is from Mom Forever Stamp set that I heat embossed using  Recollections Champaign embossing powder.     I die cut some  Sweet Cakes 6x6 Paper with the A2 size stitched rectangle die and adhered it to a white card base. I adhered the watercolored rectangle to the card . I finished the card with a scattering of Pretty Pink Posh Sweetheart Mix Sequins.     Love and Laughter,

Have a lot of catching up to do...

It has been a long time since I have posted here on my blog but that is about to change.  I have been very busy creating cards, and mini albums.  I have now launched my new square store.  :) been a long time in the making but hopefully it will all be worth it!  Stay tuned for much more in next few days. Love and Laughter,

Is this in vain...

Sometimes you just have to wonder are you doing the right thing. I make and make looking for any sort of feed back. I get a few likes but not a lot of response. I am thinking am I doing this all in vain. Am I just fooling myself in to believing that what is in my heart isn't really meant to be. Many hours goes in to a project with very little to show for it. Guess I have to decide if this all worth it or am I the fool for thinking it is. Heart is heavy tonight :{ Love and Laughter,

An Erie Tail Folio

I made my first folio album using Graphic 45 An Erie Tail .  I love this papers, they are so cute.  I got this idea from Ginger at My Sisters Scrapper . I love the fact you can get 15 photos in the space of 3/8 of an inch.  This mini has a waterfall, which is why you can get so many photos in such a small space.  I used I am Roses flowers on the front, sprayed with Lindy's Stamp Gang in Scintillating silver , it adds just a sparkle without adding color.  I also added brads from Stampin up - antique brads  just to add some extra details along with a stick pin I made. I hope this is the first of many of these folio albums.  They are so pretty and such fun to make.  I will list this in my Zibbet's store  ---- Go and check it out!!! Love and Laughter,

My take on a toilet paper roll mini album

Well, I saw this idea from Ginger at My Sister's Scrapper and thought, what a cool idea. It is not like we all don't have toilet paper rolls in the house, why not! I tried it with the brand we use and found they were too short for the chip board I already had cut from some other project. I would take the same concept and just make mine out of card stock.    I made a tube for each of the tags based on a toilet paper roll.  I did the base layer from Kraft cardstock, layering black cardstock and design paper over that.  The paper collection I used was from My Mind's Eye the Blush collection. I just love the vintage paper and I love pink so it just worked for me. There are 6 pages to this mini and tags in each page.   To the cover I added some I am Roses  pink and cream tipped roses to the front cover along with some black bling swirls I had in my stash.  I did color some white seam binding with Lindy's Stamp Gang in Cl...
