Congratulations!

Hello there! Cindy from In Love with PAPER back on the blog today. I've got another cute baby card to share. I've used the stamp set Sweet Baby Mine and the Winter Mint sequin mix.

I stamped the image on the green dot patterned paper and colored it. Then to add some dimension I stamped the image again on a scrap of white cardstock and then colored it and fussy cut it out, trimming off his mane and tail. Then I used pop dots to add the dimension.

I created for you this really cute hot air balloon card using the Fancy Frames to create the back drop for my card. To create the hot air balloon I cut two circles from to design papers then cut them in form the balloon. Then I punched the white strip to cover up the two halves of the circles. Before adding the white strip to the middle I some DMC floss to make the stings for the basket. I popped the basket up with foam tape for some demention adding a few enamel dots for a pop of color. I hand cut the sun and the two clouds and tucked them behind the hot air balloon and took one of the banner also from the Fancy Frames to popped it on top of the balloon.
