Hello, Rachel here today with another super simple no-coloring card!
I started this super simple card by cutting a panel to fit the front of a standard A2 card from Slate Gray cardstock. I stamped my Splendid Roses stamp in the upper left corner using my MISTI and some Versamark ink and then heat embossed in white. I adhered this panel to a white card base using some Be Creative double sided tape.
I stamped my sentiment on a scrap of white cardstock in Versamark ink and heat embossed with silver powder. I cut another strip of white cardstock and then heat embossed the entire thing 3 times with more silver powder. I used some Multi Medium Matte to adhere my sentiment strip slightly offset on top of the newly made metallic paper. I adhered this to the card front using some foam tape for dimension.
I used a smattering of sequins from 3 separate mixes to get the different sizes of my clear sequins. I used the large clear size from Frosted Cupcakes, the small circles from Mint Julep, and the 2 sizes from Moonbeams. I scattered them over the front of the card and adhered them with Multi Medium Matte.
A simple card, but very striking with contrasting colors! Thanks for stopping by today!
