Hello! Rachel here today with a cute way to use your stamps.
I started this cute Peekaboo card by cutting 2 panels the size of my card front from some white cardstock. I then added a couple of cuts to one of the panels to create a peekaboo area when layered over the second panel. I stamped my flowers a couple of times so that they would peek out from behind my top pieces. I colored them in and colored the background with my blue copics. I placed my white pieces on top of the coloring and thought that it needed a little extra something, so I matted them with some green cardstock for a little bit of contrast.
I adhered my two pieces on top of my floral panel and then adhered the whole thing onto a card base. Now I needed to figure out how to add a sentiment. I toyed with several different stamp sets before I decided that I wanted to use a die cut. I cut my die from some black cardstock and then added 3 layers of clear embossing powder for some dimension and shine. I used my multi medium matte to adhere my sentiment across the panels on the front.
