Happy Birthday

Hello everyone! It's Berina here today. I have a beautiful card with a lovely flower and a soft background using a sentiment stamp. I stamped and colored the rose from the Just A Rose stamp set and fussy cut it. I used copic markers to color it. I then took the Happy Birthday sentiment stamp from the Vintage Tea Cup stamp set and stamped it repeatedly with Memento London Fog ink to create the background. I really love the font on this sentiment. It has given a beautiful look to this soft background. I adhered a piece of grey cardstock on to an A2 card base and the background on to it. I added the fussy cut flower as well. I added few sequins from Pixie Pink Tutu sequin mix . That's all from me today! Hope you like my card today. Let me know in the comments. Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day. -Berina Please be sure to follow the Kennedy Grace Creations blog , facebook , twitter , instagram and pinterest . Our Design Team has great projects to inspire ...

Thinking Of You

Hello everyone! Berina here today with a lovely center-step card. I decided to use the Grace's Little Notes stamp set for today's card. I stamped the floral image with grey ink and colored it with Copics and cut it into a oval panel. I cut and folded a 8.5" x 5.5" card base to create a center-fold card. I cut panels from grey card stock and adhered it on to the card base. I added the image panel on to the center panel. I added a triple loop bow and few sequins as well. To see how I make my bows, please see my video here . For the side panels, I added few sequins. The sequins are from the Frosted Cupcakes sequin mix . The sentiment is from the Splendid Roses stamp set .  Here's the template I used for the center-step card. Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day. Sweet Birthday

Hello everyone! First of all, wishing you all a very happy new year! It's Berina here today, sharing a beautiful and sweet card using the tic tac toe board for January!     I used the diagonal from the board - Die Cut, Embossing and Flowers. I decided to use the Splendid Roses for the flowers. I stamped the floral image using Memento black ink and colored the flowers with Copic markers. I used V09, V17, V15 and V12 for the flowers and G99, YG67, YG63, YG61 and YG03 for the leaves. I loved coloring these flowers. I cut the panel into 4" x 5 1/4". For the sentiment, I decided to go with the "Wishing you a sweet birthday" from the same stamp set. I gold embossed the sentiment and die cut it with a small oval. I colored the edges of the die cut with V15. I took a top folding A2 cardbase and colored the edges of the front with V15. I adhered the image panel on to the card base with glue and attached the sentiment panel with foam tape. I love how this card ha...

Holiday Thanks

Hello everyone! It's Berina here today. I hope you all had a fabulous Christmas. I have made a thank you card with traditional Christmas colors. Here's my card for today. I stamped the image from Grace's Little Note stamp set 4 times and colored it with Copic markers. I used R59, R29, R35 and R32 for the red and G99, YG67, YG63 and YG61 for the green. I fussy cut all 4 of them and colored the edge with a black marker. This step is really important. I also removed the tiny leaf on the ends. Now I took a top folding A2 cardbase and adhered ScorTape of thickness 1/8" on the left end and adhered gold deco foil on it. Then I arranged the 4 cut pieces to form a semi-circle and adhered them with Brutus Monroe glue. I gold embossed the sentiment "Heartfelt Thanks" from the Friendship Blessings stamp set using Hero Arts gold embossing powder. Hope you are inspired by this card. Please share your creations with us and tag us using #kennedygracecreations in...

Birthday Tea Party

Hello everyone! It's Berina here today! I'm here to inspire you to create something with our beautiful Mood board for December. I love the beautiful festive colors. I've been wanting to use the Vintage Tea Cups stamp set the moment I got it I love the tea cup stamp. As soon as I saw this moodboard, I was fixated on using that stamp set. I stamped the border image from the stamp set using Memento London Fog on the top left and lower right. I stamped the kettle and the cup with the same ink. I used Copic markers to color the images. I used BG15, BG13, BG11 and BG000 for the teal colored part and C7, C3, C1 and 0 for the remaining. I decided to add some grounding for the kettle and cup with the grey color. I stamped the sentiment using Hero Arts black ink. Heartfelt Thanks

Hello everyone!! It's Berina here today with a Thank you card for you. This looks like a triple stamping, but I used only 1 panel of colored images. I'll walk you through the steps. I took a piece of white cardstock of size 4 1/8" x 5 3/8" and stamped the sentiment from the Friendship Blessings stamp set in the center and stamped the flowers repeatedly around the sentiment. I colored the images with Copic markers. With a T-ruler and pencil, I drew rectangles where I wanted to cut and used my paper trimmer to cut. I did the same with a black cardstock panel of size 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and used it to matte all the pieces of image panel. Then I adhered the 3 pieces adhered on to each other with foam tape to give some dimension. I added some Nuvo drops in color English Mustard. I really love how this has turned out. I hope you will give it a try. Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day. Please be sure to follow the Kennedy Grace Creations blog...

Blessings To You

Hello everyone! It's Berina here today! I'm here to inspire you to create something with our beautiful Mood board for November. I love the beautiful Christmas colors. This pic really inspired me to do gold embossing, which is one of my all time favorites. And here's the card that I made:  I took a watercolor cardstock panel of size 4" x 5.25" and stamped the flowers from the Grace's Little Notes stamp set repeatedly after masking and embossed it with gold embossing powder. Then I watercolored the flowers with Distress Ink Barn Door. For the leaves, I used Distress Ink Antique Linen. I love this color combination! For the sentiment, I used the "Blessings To You" from the Vintage Tea Cup stamp set and embossed it with gold embossing powder. I inked the edges of the top folding A2 card base with Distress Ink Barn Door and adhered the watercolor panel on to it using glue. That's it!   Please join in with us and share your creation...

Blessings on Your Special Day

Hello everyone!! Welcome to my inspiration post on the Kennedy Grace Creations Blog. I have used the newly released Friendship Blessings for my card today. I took a piece of white cardstock of size 4.25" x 5.5" and drew a slight curve towards the lower part and cut it out. I stamped the flowers from the Friendship Blessings stamp set repeatedly along the lower and right border with Memento London Fog ink. I also stamped the sentiment "Blessings on your special day" from the same stamp set using the same grey ink. I colored the flowers using Copic markers - V09, V17, V15 and V12 for the flowers, Y38 and Y35 for the pollen, G99, YG67, YG63 and YG61 for the leaves. I adhered a panel of purple card stock on to a top folding A2 card base and then adhered the image panel on it by leaving a tiny margin at the top. I added Nuvo drops in Violet Galaxy color for some final touch. How do you like this card? Do let me know. I would love to hear your thoughts and comme...
