Today's card is a cute Spring card. Using a water colored image from Cleary Besotted Friends Forever. 
 
 
To create this card I stamped the tulips on a piece of  Canson watercolor paper  with  versafine ink then embossed with Hero arts clear embossing powder and heated it with my heat tool, I colored the image with Tombow watercolor markers and stamped the sentiment from the set in versafine ink and clear embossed it as well. 
 
I die cut the water color piece with Small Stitched Rectangle die. I attached the whole piece to the card base using my ATG gun.  Then added a sprinkling of Echo Park Bundle of Joy enamel dots.

Here's what I've created for you...         I created for you this really cute hot air balloon card using the Fancy Frames to create the back drop for my card.  To create the hot air balloon I cut two circles from to design papers then cut them in form the balloon. Then I punched the white strip to cover up the two halves of the circles.
