I created for you this really cute hot air balloon card using the Fancy Frames to create the back drop for my card. To create the hot air balloon I cut two circles from to design papers then cut them in form the balloon. Then I punched the white strip to cover up the two halves of the circles. Before adding the white strip to the middle I some DMC floss to make the stings for the basket. I popped the basket up with foam tape for some demention adding a few enamel dots for a pop of color.
