Hello, everyone! Rachel here today with a gender neutral baby card. I love making cards ahead of time, but it's always difficult when it's something as specific as the birth of a baby. You want to make it personal, but sometimes you don't have the opportunity to make a card when you need to. For that reason, I sometimes like to use colors that can be used for either a boy or a girl.
I like to use yellows and greens when making a basic card like this. My room was actually done in yellows when I was a baby, so I guess that's why I'm not a huge pink fan. One of my good friends decided to use green for her baby girl. I love that people are using some non-traditional colors these days!
For my card, I started by cutting down a panel of white cardstock with a stitched scallop edge die and then stamped my image and sentiment on it. I used my Copics to color it in and then grabbed a light green card base. I used a matching green ink to stamp a background stamp and then adhered my panel on top. Simple and sweet!
Thanks for joining me today!
