Hello!  Cindy from In Love with PAPER back on the blog with you today.  I've got a cute little birthday card to share.  I used the fabulous Splendid Roses stamp set and Hollywood Glam sequin mix.

To color these fabulous roses, I've used Tim Holtz Distress Ink along with a water brush to create this watercolor effect on the roses.  This is so fun and easy.   Please visit me at my blog if you'd like more detail on the colors I used.

Here's what I've created for you...         I created for you this really cute hot air balloon card using the Fancy Frames to create the back drop for my card.  To create the hot air balloon I cut two circles from to design papers then cut them in form the balloon. Then I punched the white strip to cover up the two halves of the circles.
