Hi everyone, Heidi here on the blog! Today I have a fun and quick but elegant card for you all. To get this card started I stamped the roses from the beautiful Kennedy Grace Creations “Splendid Roses” stamp set on Strathmore Bristol Smooth Surface paper with Versafine “Vintage Sepia” ink. I clear heat embossed afterwards. Then I started colouring the two featured roses for this card with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and my Pentel waterbrush. I used the following colours: Tea Rose, Pink Flamingo, Mid Green, Olive Green and Haze Blue. After colouring and drying I fuzzy cut the image out with my Fiskars scissors, I also cut of the third rose that comes with this stamp and masked the brown stamped lines with some white Gelly Roll Pen. Next I started working on the background: I die cut a rectangle with one of my rectangle nesting dies from some Strathmore Colored Pencil paper and stamped one of the sentiments from the same Kennedy Grace Creations “Spl...
