October Mood Board with Christine and Beverly

Hi everyone!  It's Christine here today to share my card which was based on this month's Mood Board.  Here's some beautiful inspiration from this  month's Mood Board:
For my card today, I did a video tutorial showing how I mixed my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to paint this beautiful floral image from Kennedy Grace Creations.  Here's my video:

And here are some pictures of my card:

To create this card, I stamped the beautiful floral image from the Friendship Blessings Stamp Set from Kennedy Grace onto some Canson XL watercolor paper.  I then colored it with my Zig Markers (for the petals, I used Brown, Orange, and Yellow, for the greenery, I used Olive Green, and for the shadow around the image, I used Light Blue, and for the dirt at the bottom, I used Brown).   I then added some Lemon Sorbet Sequins from Kennedy Grace around the image panel.  I then adhered the panel to some design paper and then adhered the entire panel to a Golden Yellow card base.  I then added the sentiment, from the same stamp set, onto t hat same cardstock.  What do you think?

Well, that's it from me today.  I hope you enjoyed today's card and video.  Big hugs!  Christine

Don't you just love the beautiful Fall colors in this pic! Here's what I've made for you today:

I stamped the flower from the Just A Rose stamp set with Memento London Fog using second generation stamping (for no-line coloring) and colored with Copics YR68, Y38, Y35 and YR31 for orange and YG67, YG63, YG61 and YG03 for green. I stamped and embossed the same flower with Wow! White pearl on black cardstock of size 4" x 5.5". I stamped the sentiment from the same set with Distress Ink Spiced Marmalade (stamped twice) and fussy cut it. I inked the left edge of the top folding A2 card base with the DI Spiced Marmalade and adhered the black panel on it. I mounted the rose with foam tape and adhered the sentiment with Sc…
